How to File a Complaint

Submission: Send a written statement to the Editorial Office at journal@mstct.edu.ly.

Details Required: Include the relevant Manuscript ID (if applicable), a concise description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

Resolution: Complaints are investigated by the Editor-in-Chief or an independent editorial board member. A formal response will be provided after investigation.
