Overview

The Tripoli Journal of Medical Technologies and Health Sciences (TJMTHS) aims to respond quickly, courteously, and constructively to complaints regarding editorial processes, publication ethics, or staff conduct.

Grounds for Complaint

Complaints may relate to:

  • Procedural delays or communication issues during peer review.

  • Allegations of research misconduct, plagiarism, or authorship disputes.

  • Breaches of confidentiality or editorial ethics.

How to File a Complaint

  1. Submission: Send a written statement to the Editorial Office at journal@mstct.edu.ly.

  2. Details Required: Include the relevant Manuscript ID (if applicable), a concise description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

  3. Resolution: Complaints are investigated by the Editor-in-Chief or an independent editorial board member. A formal response will be provided after investigation.
