Appeal

Overview

Authors may appeal a manuscript rejection only if there is clear evidence of a factual error, scientific misunderstanding, or procedural bias during peer review. Disagreements with editorial judgment are not valid grounds.

Procedure

  1. Timeframe: Submit within 30 days of the decision.

  2. Method: Email journal@mstct.edu.ly with the Manuscript ID, title, and a point-by-point evidence-based response to the reviewers' comments.

  3. Outcome: The Editor-in-Chief conducts an independent review. The resulting decision is final, and only one appeal per manuscript is permitted.
